I have been calling them for months to fix the porch blinds that they installed poorly. They have not called me back once. Terrible customer service.
My 50% down payment was cashed and I had not heard back from anyone. But Lynn called today and they picked up my old awning to frame the new one. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. I will review them again when my new awning arrives.
It was a very informative visit.The Lady whose name is Rose was very pleasant and willing to help.I would recommend going there.
