Great customer service. Super prompt responses and faultless resolution of an issue I had. I'm very impressed.
I ordered a saddle chair this morning at 8am and it was delivered by 12pm. The customer service provided was excellent and I have been incredibly impressed with the product so far. Regular office chairs have never felt particularly comfortable and having used the saddle chair for the remainder of this afternoon, the difference in my posture is remarkable. Good to see they are made in Perth.

I needed to replace an old office swivel chair so I went on line and found WA Ergo Supplies. After meeting the salesman and owner Gareth, he highlighted the various features and benefits of a couple of chairs with zero ‘pressure to buy’ both calmly and methodically. After actually sitting in the chairs and taking them for a ‘test drive’ I chose my favourite. Gareth then showed me samples of different colour fabrics and I chose the colour midnight.
