ARK is simply the best. Responsive. Reasonably priced. Don't go anywhere else. Brian is the best tech in a team of great techs. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Casper did a wonderful job yesterday turning on our new generator for the first time, putting it through some paces, and giving us an orientation to the unit and its operation. We still need a little more help with setting up the monitoring app, which we hope to get done in the next few days. Our first exercise test is tomorrow. Thanks, Casper!
