Brian was a great change in communication and work ethic compared to most shippers these days. Recognizing my unusual company name on my truck/trlr, he signaled me into dock 5 as soon as I exited my tractor to go check in. My load was ready and staged. Asked me where I preferred the HAZMAT pallet before loading and I was loaded, given paperwork, placards, and on my way in no time with a very pleasant attitude. Such a change from Chicago, but yet so close. Great job guys!
