Works directly on the sellers side. Going underwater on the house I am purchasing because they appraised it at my offer which after looking at the comparisons they did is significantly higher than other sales recently. It is funny how they didn't include a sale that was only a few blocks away from this last month that was nearly identical to this place and sold for $10k less. So I get to pay around $10 more per Sq/Ft than comparable places meaning it will not actually appraise for that again and I owe more than it is worth. ... read more
