The lady who answered the phones for the attorney is highly unpleasant, rude, and dismissive. It’s great to know that upfront honestly because had she not been that way, who knows I may have actually gone with the attorney here. Definitely saw the writing on the walls though!
Would avoid. Bad customer service skills.
The lady answering their phones or who works the front desk is absolutely SO rude. I couldn’t even get my sentence out on what I was looking for before she cut me off at asked me what county is the order in. When I told her it was Okaloosa County she said “he does NOT serve that area”…. Okay lady, so the order was issued there and has been transferred. I also was merely looking for an interpretation of wording in the order but trust and believe I will not consider dealing with anybody from this office.
They don't pick up the phone. No way to leave a voice message either. Heard an electronic sound. April 2026: the receptionist/paralegal was very kind. She transferred me over to Scott and he wasn't the kindest. I would try to explain my situation and he would but in and I don't feel like he really understood my situation. He told me to just not pay the bill... That's bad advise because that's puts anyone at risk of going to collections. Mr. Wynn is a great attorney. He does a great job with his clients and never gives up easily. I would highly recommend him. He won my case!
