I was a happy customer for 4 years never a problem, until now on August 14th I placed my order on the 15th my order was processed, I received a message saying “order processing” I am still waiting for my package I tried to contact them by way of email and phone no answer….. I am very disappointed with this company 😡😡😡 they took our money knowing that they were not sending us the items we paid for!!! Do not order from Sugaring Factory RUNNNNN….find another company.
Do not order from this company they are scammers that will take the money and not send you the actual order. The phone number does not work and the voicemail is full . They won’t answer your emails either. I recently placed an order and they are unreachable this page needs to be taken down they are not a business anymore as far as I can tell.

I placed an order on July 4th and have yet to receive the item or any updates regarding its status. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful—phone calls go unanswered due to a disconnected number, and my emails have not received a response. I placed an order on your website on July 23rd and have not received any response from you despite contacting you via email. Based on reviews, I see that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. If you do not respond to my request or refund my payment, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.
