WM Grocery is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1993 by Doug Williams. The original store was located in downtown Wedowee. In 2001 he moved the store to its current location. The new store is 15, 000 square feet and about 3/4 of a mile North of downtown Wedowee.With the new building we are able to offer customers more products and services. WM grocery store in Heflin Alabama... Thursday September 9, 2021, I checked out with a cashier named Kayla. Spent over 100 on food, I got home and discovered Kayla failed to give me the chicken I purchased. I called WM and spoke to the cashier. I told her she failed to make sure all my bags were received and if they still had my bag or if they put it back in the meat cooler. Kayla informed me, it was my fault for leaving the bag.
