Worst program ever! I atteded 12 weeks of DUI classes and they never contacted the DMV upon my completion. It was so many years ago and I have proof in my minutes from court. But they say there is no record of my enrollment or completion. They switched the archived records to digital files from paper so they have been lost from that year and prior tó. This place has good staff but the facility is run down and horribly mismanaged. From August to November 2020, there was a horrible pest problem where we stomped out like 30 cockroaches during a 3-hour period. They kept the doors and windows closed during the COVID19 pandemic and I believe this is where I got sick. Instructors teach without wearing a mask and they don’t enforce students wearing masks properly. I’ve heard the Carson location is slightly better but it’s DUI school so it is what it is.

Love this school and there staff are awsome I have been going to this school since 2016 when I got my DUI I work alot so it's been very hard for me to get it done like I said I been coming since 2016 for a 6 month course lol!!! And looks like I will be going well into 2020!! Let's see if I can get it all done next year!! Other than that they are very informative and any questions you have they have an answer or will figure it out. The office staff does a horrible job about supplying you with information and is consistently trying to charge you an extra 20 dollars for any little thing. I called to ask a question and was told thatvi could work sonething out. 10 seconds after showing up they told me they could not qork anything out and have to terminate me. They made me waste uber koney to go into the office instead of telling me that information over the phone and then practically laughed in my face. Very unprofessional.
