I had a great experience working with the removalist company...one of the team came on time to start packing in the morning and got the items delivered in excellent condition in 3days....The admin team always reached out on time and very respectful....Will recommend!!!
Great service, the guys were ultra friendly and helpful, set up a new fridge went above and beyond. Highly recommend W Dick & Co.
Would not recommend this company, luckily my employment paid for the service otherwise would be extremely unhappy. Team in the office specifically Leanne unprofessional at best. Poor communication on all parts - pick up and delivery days not finalised until morning of move - office staff trying to say I agreed to them having my things go four days, when obviously that would not have been agreed to. Excellent storage facilities excellent prices
I'm currently using W Dick & Co for storage between houses. Everything's been really great. A big shout-out for Nicole in customer service/front of house: she's fantastic. Also for Cade, one of the removals team.
