Purchased a tire over a month ago, 7 that day to be exact. Got a defective one that I didnt see until I was putting lube on the bead. Called and was told they would bill me for the replacement and credit it when I returned the defective. No credit was ever given, they returned the tire 3 days later without any communication stating kumo denied the claim because it was installed, even though it was never seated onto a rim.
