Good luck getting any help from them though email. You would think with these prices they would actually care about customer service.
Customer service is non existent. I tried contacting them multiple times to correct an error and their response was I should have called. Why have an email for questions and concerns if you're not going to use it. I spent way too much money for no customer service. I reached out Sep 30, OCT 2, OCT 16, and OCT 17. They finally replied on Nov 2 to say they were shipping. This will be the last transaction I have with them and I will recommend people to stay away.
The new owners of Russell W C Moccasin (as of Sept 2022) do NOT care about quality and they will block you if you complain. I paid $500 for custom, handmade boots from them - they measured my feet and I waited almost a year to get them and they look like a drunken toddler made them. The leather is stained, there are holes in the leather, and the boots are misshapen. Supposedly they make footwear. I have seen pics and video of people wearing their supposed products. I have placed two orders with them the first was around 6 years ago the second almost 3. I no longer believe they make a product. Stay away from this company.
