Called multiple times and not only talked to the secretary but also left voicemails for the accountant taking new clients and never received a call back. Followed up with an email to the “admin” to request a call and did not receive an email or a call. This place came highly suggested but I won’t be trusting something so crucial to a business that can’t handle returning a call. (I originally reached out MONTHS ago, beginning in October)
