Great customer experience with Nicole
Vystar in Suwannee is amazing. I was going to be late arriving to the branch to pick up a check and Shomari and Kion both stayed late for me to be able to pick up my check and then go get my new car! Thanks so much you two! I will be back for sure!
This was honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in my life. When I arrived, someone actually met me at the door—which immediately made me feel welcome. As I waited, I was checked on three separate times, and I later realized they were already working on my situation behind the scenes to be fully prepared when we sat down. Very friendly staff. Artrell Courtney was my personal specialist, and he was so pleasant and helpful to work with. I opened a new account, and after visiting three other banks prior to coming here, Vystar by far has the most to offer. The Vystar+ checking account has a lot of amazing perks that you don't see offered at other banks.
Omg Cayla was absolutely amazing . If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The best customer service by far. She deserves a raise and promotion.
