My experience with the Winter Park location has been superb.....I came across a bad,bad situation and Denisa went above and beyond to resolve the problem and I can't thank her enough- this branch is the best- Thank you again 🫶
It's rare to go to a financial institution, and feel like you're amongst friends. As soon as I walked up to the counter Kristy greeted me with the most heartwarming smile, was incredibly professional without being robotic. Denecia then chimmed in with her charm and charisma. It's very rare that one can rate an experience as PERFECT.!! This is one of those times.
I recommend this branch here in Winter Park Florida ! Denecia Manning & Kristy was the best bankers ever ! Customers service was everything , from walking to assisting me and other customers that walked in . I will make this branch my #1 branch. I wish other banker can take notes from these ladies ! This branch has a family feel to it. Going into a branch feels a bit outdated now a days, but with this branch it almost feels like you are walking into a warm welcome from friends. The culture here from the tellers to the branch manager is family oriented which makes going into a branch that much more filling!
