Vystar is the worse!!!!! They break the law to harass you!! Last year after having a loan for less than a year with Vystar hurricane Helena came through and a tree totaled my car. Vystar was immediately notified and they gave me no guidance or help with how to go about filling for GAP coverage. Before GAP or insurance kicked in I had to buy a new car. The Winter Park location is wonderful! Maria was professional and knowledgeable. She assisted me in obtaining a new debit card. Every obscure question I asked, she was able to answer. She also made me aware of convenient features such as workstations for statement printing and free coin machine availability. Great ergonomic environment and choice of music too. Professional, welcoming and friendly!!!
