Today I went to VyStar and I had an outstanding customer service from Evelyn. She was friendly and attentive. If I could I would give her 10 stars.
Vystar is the worse!!!!! They break the law to harass you!! Last year after having a loan for less than a year with Vystar hurricane Helena came through and a tree totaled my car. Vystar was immediately notified and they gave me no guidance or help with how to go about filling for GAP coverage. Before GAP or insurance kicked in I had to buy a new car. I was juggling two car payments with no help or compassion from Vystar. Eventually Gap and insurance kicked in but my dealership messed up with giving me a refund for my warran... read more
Wanda was wonderful listening to us and being able to help us about our financial concerns. She really listened to us and took the time to understand our concerns we had. We have been reassured and will definitely continue to bank with VyStar.
