Had a really great experience with Ian today! He called & confirmed our appointment a couple days in advance. Met us with a smile, and assisted us with our notary needs. We love banking with Vystar & are thankful for staff members like Ian that make it easy to get things done.
Fadi is absolutely amazing, everytime we’ve come in his customer service is always top notch. Last time we were here w our kids, he playing w them. Today I came in for some issues I was having w my account and he’s always happy to help. He’s amazing !
As a loyal VyStar customer for years, I was shocked to receive an email claiming I was past due on a loan I believed was fully paid off. When I contacted customer service, I learned there was a $5 balance remaining, despite the app and website showing $0. While this small amount wasn’t a major issue, the representative’s response was unacceptable.
