Identify theft/bank fraud was committed on my checking account on 11/10/2025. I called member service on 11/12/2025. This was verified by member services that my checking account had been accessed without my consent and a withdrawal was fraudulently taken from my account. I was then informed that my account would be locked by Vystar. I then was informed to go to a branch office. I went there and waited for the branch to open. I called Vystar and spoke to Michaela because I tried to apply for a loan and didn't do it right. She was to see it and offered to correct it. She suggested that I apply for a loan that would help me even more. She also suggested that I apply for a credit card because I had a secured card and credit card may work better for me. I was able to get the loan and the credit card. If she had not made the suggestion I would have applied for it. Thank you Michaela I greatly appreciate you. You are the best.
