Avery was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me understand everything clearly. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress free. It is rare to find customer service that feels both efficient and personal, and Avery delivered exactly that.
Great branch. Ela was such a sweetheart! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make my banking experience a highly positive one. She is always takes such good care of me and my needs. She never makes me feel rushed or demanding. No matter what I need, she is always quick to help and has the most positive attitude. I come to this branch solely due to her. I hope her bosses know what a prize of an employee they have in her. Thanks again sweet girl!
