This is one of the slowest-moving VyStar branches that I have visited in my 35 years as a member. I needed something notarized and the skeleton crew here was struggling with the three customers who were ahead of me. I opted to leave and get my paperwork notarized for $25 using an online notary service. It was much more faster than dealing with people who are obviously not in a hurry (Beach Life, LOL)
It’s not often I go into a branch but on the occasion I had to Adia assisted me. She was incredibly helpful and an absolute delight to work with. If I need to do business inside a branch again I will definitely be seeking her out.
Adia Thomas helped my wife with a car loan and went above and beyond expectations! Not only was Aida professional and knowledgeable, she was a delight to work with!
