Diana was very informative and had great customer service skills. She gave me tips on my debit and credit card (perks, usage, coverage, etc.) and was a wealth of knowledge on personal loan options. The conversation felt personal and not at all like a rehearsed speech like some places might give you. I would definitely come back to this branch and this representative. Thank you Diana!
