My Honey and I are so happy with the services provided by Vystar. Ms Karen p. signed us up years ago and we have never been happier. Why anyone would go with a bank again is beyond me. I would also like to add kudos to Ms Bella at our local.
I spoke with Miss Karen via phone today, per the Orange City, FL Vystar branch. Prior to this call, I had no direction or resolution for the purpose of my call. By the end of my conversation with Miss Karen, she had activated some important and helpful features on my account, as well as assisted with a financial recent mishap I incurred. Opened a business account with Caitlyn at the Orange city location on a Saturday. Caitlyn works at the Deland branch normally. She was personable and good at her job. She made sure we had everything we needed and she answered all our questions. I was disappointed that Bella previously had told me to reach out to her when we were ready to come in and I did send an email to her and I left her message and she never responded back to me.
