Karen was great and assisted me all my banking needs and resolved all my concerns.
Opened an account with the local branch about a year ago. Made a mobile deposit for $800 and looked online the next day and saw that the branch held it ( this is a local check that I have deposited the same check before without any problems) I called VyStar customer service and was told that the check was returned so I contacted the other bank and the check was paid not returned . They are the best branch I have banked with. Between the manager and staff, they have a very strong work ethic and are VERY friendly. They helped me in a very fast and efficient manner. I didn't wait more 5 minutes in line and the process to get a new account or card was made very simple and easy. Thanks to Ivana and her friendly demeanor, determination and dedication I was able to enjoy my stay and leave happy with my new card. This team is amazing. If I could give a higher rating, I would.
