We went in to graduate a secured card to a non secured card after 2 years of perfect usage. Brandy Kent insisted that wasn't possible and a new account had to be created. No doubt to get the commission for creating a new credit account. I've been with Vystar for 3 years, but I'm no longer comfortable banking with them knowing how greedy and manipulative their staff can be.
Wesley Shumpert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I would recommend him to anyone.
Had a great experience from start to finish! Karen helped me out getting my coins changed and guiding me to Ivana who then helped me out with a lot of my questions on my account. Definitely feels welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much!
