I was recently scammed of several hundred dollars! The VyStar’s fraud department investigated and recovered my funds! The kindness from the representatives on the phone and at the Oviedo branch is extraordinary. I always feel like a valued customer!
I went in for some information. I was greeted by Paola. She walked me through all in regards to opening account and what each account has to offer. I opened accounts for myself and my whole family. I really appreciated how detailed she was in regards to all the benefits on the checking account we have. They have great products for you and your family and that will also keep your accounts safe with all the monitoring they have available. Thank you Paola for all your help and guidance. Just came here for the first time due to a new auto loan I have with them. Wow wow wow they really make “adulting” way less scary.
