I came in today with a request for over 2 years worth of bank statement and a change in my account. Melissa Horetz was so kind, understanding and superior in customer service. Typically I have to wait a week, but after explaining my situation- she immediately went to work.. and I was able to obtain the documents on the spot. Melissa you will never know how much this means.
