Nick scotto at the wildwood location is incredible, he literally went above and beyond to get my loan approved for my new boat, whether it was phone calls, paperwork, dealership problems, he worked them all out and got me a loan ( significantly better deal than the other bank by the way) and we get to pick up our brand new boat before labor day weekend. Nick is the man 11/10

The. Bank representative ( A’Lexus Gunsby) was amazing with my daughter’s needs. A’Lexus was informative and helpful with completing the tasks presented. I highly recommend Vystar with Representatives that go above and beyond.
We came in today to close our accounts. Vystar was a 1 star in my heart for all of 2026. The location I had went to had severely neglected our business resulting in multiple visits of multiple hours just to set up basic accounts. $50 slowly drained by fees while I didn't receive a single follow up to my many calls and messages. The primary representative center couldn't assist with my account closures and any time I had gone in they couldn't get to me before I had to leave for other matters. I came to the Wildwood location and was assisted by Alexis. At the time of my visit, I was ready to withdraw my funds and take my business elsewhere, despite being a VYstar customer since 2011 due to recent negative interactions at other locations. I can't not say enough about A’Lexus professionalism, friendly demeanor, and knowledge. She took great care of me.
