Desiree was amazing. These people actually answer the phone with their name and actually do pick up the phone. If you're spent on banks or Credit Unions that impersonalize every transaction, these people are your go-to. Look.ip Desiree. She's great. Caleb, the branch VP came in to meet us when we sat down to open the account. These folks care.
As a client I would highly avoid all vystar banks and anything vystar related. I've been lied too for the past 3 months. Vystar locked my account back in March and we're rejecting loan payoff payments for the dealership I sold my boat to. They locked my account and even with being on the phone with them the past 3 months I was never once told my account was locked and told that its not their problem. My credit has taken hits and there is now repo order on my credit all due to vystsr and their lies.
Caleb and Sydney have help me with my banking for years. They provide patient and kind help every visit! We are so thankful to have joined this Credit Union, to work with such wonderful people. Highly recommend Vystar!
