All the VyStar atms across Jacksonville are out of order all the time including the one at the literal bank. idk what’s up with that 🤷♀️ I hate this bank
Ms. Sabrina and Vanessa were a very great help over the weekend, They assisted with getting a new debit card printed same day and had me in and out within 15 minutes! They provided excellent customer service
Vanessa and Sabrina, the assistant branch manager are outstanding
