Formal Complaint Against VyStar Bank I recently went to open a bank account at VyStar Bank and was approved for a credit card. However, the process turned into a humiliating experience. Caleb Bowen, Vice President, kept asking for more and more personal documents—bank statements, paycheck details, and other unnecessary information.
