Alex was literally so helpful in the process of getting pre-approved for my auto loan. Soooooo knowledgeable and genuinely kind during the whole experience. Also very speedy!
I opened an account last week and wanted to open one for my son, but they told me he had to be present. So I came back with him today and they told me we needed his birth certificate and social security card. It would have been nice if they had told me that the first time! With gas prices the way they are, no one can afford wasted trips! The representative told me it's that way everywhere, which is definitely not true. So that's 2 incompetent people I've met at the same branch. Do better!
Joel Gaffney was great! He helped me get situated quickly and made the whole process nice and easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew all the right information. Highly recommend Joel for his excellent help and customer service!
