At approx 0419 on Sunday July 19, I was in my neighborhood, taking my morning walk when, for the fourth time in 2 weeks, the apex security officer on duty near and for the Avalon Apartments at Broadway and Kenyon sped down Kenyon heading East at about 50 mph (in a 30 mph zone) with no headlights, marker lights or flashing lights. Very clear telephone & text communications. Hasadiah and Brandon (the installers) were hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. Basically it was all the polar opposite of our experiences with iWired.
I was on an international trip and my alarm stopped working. I had my neighbor go over a few times and she finally had to just turn it off. I tried remotely accessing my account but it kept saying I didn't have an account. I had to search the company and randomly found an email and contacted them - apparently, the whole system changed and I had to create an all new account on a different system, which I was never informed of.
