Great customer service, family owned, easy to deal with & you’re supporting a small business, instead of giving your money to the big rip off companies who don’t care about you at all! I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. Rented a car at VVS on short notice in April 2024 and there was a mixup and no car was available . The gentleman that I worked with went out of his way to get me a car and didn’t charge me for the one day I needed the car to visit a sick friend . He went above and beyond and I am grateful as my friend passed away the next day and I would not have been able to see her if not for him .. I would rec this company and will use them next time I am in the area.
Worst experience I ever had, down right rude and he’s a thief… manager thinks he’s better than everyone. His presence is appalling and he likes to screw people over.
