The repair person quickly assessed the issue with my wife's s24 and provided different options based on what he might find and based on cost to fix. He was honest about the options. Luckily, the issue was the first and likely problem he guessed, and he fixed the phone flawlessly in under an hour. It turns out it charging port board. I'm very grateful. Highly recommended!!!
