This family-run shop is truly a gem. We first came in with a couple of suits that didn’t fit well, hoping they could be tailored. They were completely honest and let us know it would cost more to alter them than to buy new ones. That kind of transparency is rare and genuinely appreciated. Horrible customer service. I went on 6/11/25 to view suits in person to confirm it was the correct color for my wedding from two specific suits that my fiance and his groomsmen liked. As soon as I walked in the, the owner asked what I needed help with, in which I responded needing to look at the suits my fiance picked out and it should be under his name. I had my fiancee go look at the suit color for my groomsmen to make sure it was the right one. She called me saying Mr. Vu is being rude to her and impatient as she tried to pull up the email that had the suit info for her to look at. There is bad call reception at the store and she would let him know and he grew impatient. He has access to the email and could’ve just shown the suits that was listed.
