Definitely, not worth it. Contacted customer service to cancel today. Of course they always want a reason "why" you want to cancel. What difference does it really make? After two weeks for dialer to not be available only via the browser. V7 said they would push out my billing date. Rep said this is in his system, but nothing was ever sent to me via email. This is a very honest review, their customer service is good as well as their training however the bottom line is how many leads does that subscription generate you and three months into the program and paying more than $900 for their subscription the answer is 0, that is right 0 I have been calling consistently but the phone keeps ringing and ringing and ringing very few times someone picks up and when they do is the wrong number or that person already bought the home so the information they give you is for sure not accurat... read more
If you are an agent looking for quality information on expired, canceled, and fsbo listings Vulcan7 is the ticket. I have been a client for a few years. The system is easy to navigate, the dialer will really push you to make your calls each day, and the information has a higher level of accuracy than the competition that I have tried. I pay for the annual membership.
The worst customer service I had ever seen! The technician was either not educated enough that he couldn't answer your questions, or he was too lazy to find out what exactly the problem was!! The worst part was he kept you hanging there forever and came back after a long wait!! This is the customer service of Vulcan 7 that you paid so much money for!
Bad customer service!! When you call, you're kept holding forever, no one picks up the phone. When you tried to use the bubble to chat, he kept you waiting forever also before he came back and asked what was your question again!! After you explained, he kept you waiting forever!! Unbelievable!!
