Be aware of this rental company, as they do not honor your reservations. I made a reservation three weeks in advance for a sprinter van. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me a story about a previous customer not returning the van on time. They claimed that the customer never answered the phone and that it was out of their hands to do anything about it. The communication was IMPECCABLE!!
