I intially ranked this product as a 5. My review was as follows "Just had a great presentation. Product is user friendly. This is going to make it very easy for attorneys to transition in this difficult time." 2 months, in my experience, it had substantial problems interfacing with any Apple products and some of its better features will not work if you or any witness is using an Apple product. it has been my experience that it does not work well if any witness is in a rural area regardless of the computer being used. Ok...I NEED to write a review. I applied for a job off Indeed for this company that was, what I thought, perfect for me...qualifications, experience. I called them 3 times in the subsequent weeks since I applied and they seemed legit, though gave me the run-around, which I thought was unusual. The fourth time I called was to tell them that I would be coming into town and would love the opportunity to interview. Their phone number is disconnected.
