I've had a delightful experience with this group. I read some of the horror stories, so I was pessimistic at best. They completely changed the narrative. Everyone to a person was polite and efficient. The beginning was a bit slow, but it's not my lane so who am I to say. Ultimately they have an important role as a company and employees. I would rather they be slow and accurate, over fast and sloppy! Kudos to VSTOCK!!
This place is ridiculous. Not only do they treat you bad on the phone calls, they don't want to pass you to a supervisor I spoke with the director of operations Allison, and she was just rude. She did give me the owner's name. Yo well or something like that, that they refused to give me my money back. They want me to go pay for a $150 stamp, so I lose more than half my money to get the money back. The owner of the company decided not to go through with the stock purchase.
