They lost my new employee benefit paperwork, and when I called them twice to try and get a better representative who was more helpful, they both got snarky with me as if it was mine or my HR rep.'s fault that they lost my paperwork. Now I have to start all over again with the registration process. I kindly asked if they could check their email logs since I was provided proof that my HR sent in my paperwork, but they flat out refused. So unnecessarily rude for a mistake they made. The worst.
Terrible company. Customer service phone line forces you to talk to its BS AI, and then when you try to reach a real person says there is high call volume and hangs up on you. Email customer service copy pastes the same response telling you to call. What special form of hell is this?
