They lost my new employee benefit paperwork, and when I called them twice to try and get a better representative who was more helpful, they both got snarky with me as if it was mine or my HR rep.'s fault that they lost my paperwork. Now I have to start all over again with the registration process. I kindly asked if they could check their email logs since I was provided proof that my HR sent in my paperwork, but they flat out refused. So unnecessarily rude for a mistake they made.
