I cannot recommend VS Mortgage Lending enough after just purchasing my first home using my VA loan. Sandi was called in after the bank we were working with denied an FHA loan and basically told me it was hopeless to get approved for a home loan. We were under contract and had already spent about $10,000 on earnest money and inspections for a house we fell in love with. Sandi got the ball rolling again and worked diligently to find solutions. Sandi is A Rockstar!!! A buyer client of mine was denied FHA financing after 11 days of being under contract with a local bank. Sandi jumped in quickly and qualified her for a VA loan. The local bank “gave up” and didn’t ask the right questions to hold the deal together. Sandi diligently worked through all aspects of this process while keeping in good communication with all parties throughout and we ended up closing 10 days early.
