We recently switched to VRS and have had a great experience. Melanie has been awesome to work with and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

John Dahl was horrible to work with. Refused to email or call back after many attempts. Previous years we would have to continue to follow up on the status so we didn't miss deadlines. When I finally got a hold of him he was very rude and refused to help. However receptionist was very helpful and polite. Would not recommend VRS if you own a business.
