We had a booking through VroomVroomVroom when we got the brisbane airport we were told that there were no cars available for us, even though we had pre-booked. We were left stranded with 2 young children with no other options given to us and no compensation, we had to pay $300 for a taxi to our hotel. Will not be booking a rental car through this company again.
My recent experience with VroomVroomVroom Car Rental left me incredibly frustrated. I had booked a car online for my Gold Coast vacation, expecting a smooth ride. However, on the pickup day, I was told by Enterprise Car Rentals, their affiliate, that no cars were available. They offered no alternatives, leaving me stranded and missing out on my plans. The lack of communication and options was disappointing. I'm hesitant to book with VroomVroomVroom again, hoping they improve for future customers.
