I have emailed this organisation regarding a potential hacking attempt. As a long-term customer of this car hire service, I would expect a prompt response. However, after a week, I have not received any. I booked a car for an upcoming trip to NZ with Thrifty through the VVV app for $813NZD. Out of curiosity, one minute later I made the same booking directly through the Thrifty site and it came to $731NZD. Same supplier, same car, same location, same dates, same times. Needless to say, I cancelled my booking with VVV and booked directly with Thrifty. Makes me wonder how many times I've been ripped off when booking through the VVV app on previous occasions.

We had a booking through VroomVroomVroom when we got the brisbane airport we were told that there were no cars available for us, even though we had pre-booked. We were left stranded with 2 young children with no other options given to us and no compensation, we had to pay $300 for a taxi to our hotel. Will not be booking a rental car through this company again.
