Was stressing as there was some changes to my Cairns trip and needed to modify the pick up time, pretty much last (min/day). Remembered that I was booked in with VroomVroomVroom and was answered immediately. The person on the line was so accommodating and helpful. They helped us pick another car with a different provider immediately for a good price and cancelled our old booking. VroomVroomVroom made an error with our car booking, but took no accountability for the error! Their "solution" was an offer to cancel our booking (which would have left us without a car) if we were not happy so we had to continue with our booking. Their mistake cost us an extra $250 in travel and hire car costs completely eliminating any savings. In hindsight it would have been easier to book direct with the rental car company than through Vroom
