I wish I could give MORE stars!! This company totally saved us in a very dire situation when our wheel came off our SUV that we just bought. There are 4 car rental places in Cedar City Utah but ONLY this company had a LIVE PERSON to communicate with. None of the other car rentals had ANY vehicles to rent but they also were all automated. Last minute car rental. Made it easy. The car was a bit beat up, but it worked. They saved me and made my trip.
Rental process was easy, fast and convenient. Manager at Cedar City Airport went above and beyond to help me when I had car trouble and got me on the road again with a reliable rental. Thanks again!!
It was easy and a great rental experience!
Had a great experience with a last minute rental. Booked on a Saturday evening while the airport was closed, called and Carter is AMAZING! He drove down quick, helped get us the keys and sent us on our way so we didn't miss our later engagements. Process was super smooth, price was fair, and Carter is the best!
