We were stranded in Cedar City Utah because our new/used SUV lost a wheel. It had to be towed to Henderson NV. We had 4 dogs with us but luckily I had my truck. We couldn't fit the 4 dogs plus our gear in my truck so a rental was a must. 3 other rentals did not have a vehicle and neither did Vroom.me but Britt came through!! Carter was the communication which was also very helpful and amazing. We were able to drive to Henderson NV safely. Thanks Britt and Carter! Not all heros wear capes. Some have a clipboard, computer etc!
This was so easy Truly one of the best car rental experiences I've had
They were the only option when I was in a tight spot and needed a last minute rental. The car was OK.
Generally very good. I'd probably give it 5 stars next time when I get used to the Vroom system amd logistics a little better. The van had a problem with the right power side door, so we had to manually open and shut it which was a little difficult. Vehicle ran fine otherwise. Price was better than the others, too.
