Blinds by Vrait Blinds exceeded expectations! They arrived right on time, showcasing Darko's punctuality and professionalism. The fitting was seamless, with great attention to detail, ensuring a perfect finish. Darko's solid advice made choosing the right blinds painless, and the quality of his work speaks for itself.
I didn't get the blinds from him and it turned out to be a good decision. His quote was double of the quote I received from 2 other places. When I informed this guy that I am getting it installed elsewhere his response was 'Enjoy your fake blinds'. I don't care if you have been doing this for 30 years but if this is how you speak to your customers or potential customers , I feel you have a long way to go.
