My dad went to do his taxes and they filled 2017 instead of 19. They didn’t even file they just filled out the paper work and said you file but kept $180 for doing nothing If you didn’t do the right job you shouldn’t get paid Very rude When I called to see what we can do he hung up in my face and insisted I come in during covid when I stated Cleary I live further away DONT FILE HERE! My husband and I had our taxes done here this year and he made a simple mistake that he could of corrected but he couldn't or didn't want to fix it so we had to pay a second tax preparer to do the job correctly. ☹️ I tried to reconcile with him on several occasions but got no help ☹️ Feeling frustrated.
