Strongly do not recommend letting your family be transferred by Voyago patient transfer. A member of my family was scheduled to be transferred following a procedure from Hamilton General Hospital to Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington and required a nurse to accompany them due to their critical condition. Worst place to book transportation of any kind. They over charge even though you are a regular client. I have used them 5 or 6 times and will NEVER use them again. I rather get a ride from a donkey. I also cannot understand some staff members when they speak. Terrible company to deal with. I recommend 3 other companies that supply the same service but charge less.
