I have just rang the store to pick up a console and bedside tables from the warehouse that I paid for in full on Saturday. Originally I wanted to collect end of September, my Husband is in Melbourne so he said he would collect the pieces. I spoke with Anna, a young lady who should not be in customer service, she obviously did not want to make our pick up happen. As an interior designer I would never send my clients this way. Absolutley rude service. Needed dimensions for a sofa which isn't on the website. They sent me to another website that doesn't show clear dimensions either so I called back and the worker had the biggest attitude telling me "go figure it out yourself". I obviously called due to the dimensions being unclear and instead of just taking 2 minutes of their time to help me out, gave the rudest and unprofessional service ever and then hung up on me. Purchased 4 Academy Swivel Chairs in 2018, expensive at $800 a chair, we were assured the Calligras manufacturer was itialy highest quality and manufacturing and the finish was leather. Waited months fotlr the manufacture and delivery to Australia.. After 2 years the tops of all the chairs broke apart, not leather but Plether. Foam is so bad and low quality each time you sit in it it leaves a permanent indent . Emails isent over and over ignored for a year in the end they said out of warranty and would not replace or refund.... read more

5 year “structural” warranty but expect 2 years and nothing but a blunt response with an upholstery referral. Our couch completely sagged in the corners and lost its shape. My last email asking if it’s within warranty didn’t even get a response.

OMG… what a pathetic customer service one can ever experience. We were about to buy a 11grand bed from the shop and changed our mind due to their bully staff. My daughter was supervising our lil one. Accidentally our lil one broke a wine glass, we came down and staff was rude with my kids which made my daughter scared. We came down and was apologetic but the guy was keeping yelling pay for the glass you are very irresponsible parents, pay for the glass pay for the glass $89 or i ll call cops.
