5 year “structural” warranty but expect 2 years and nothing but a blunt response with an upholstery referral. Our couch completely sagged in the corners and lost its shape. My last email asking if it’s within warranty didn’t even get a response.
OMG… what a pathetic customer service one can ever experience. We were about to buy a 11grand bed from the shop and changed our mind due to their bully staff. My daughter was supervising our lil one. Accidentally our lil one broke a wine glass, we came down and staff was rude with my kids which made my daughter scared. We came down and was apologetic but the guy was keeping yelling pay for the glass you are very irresponsible parents, pay for the glass pay for the glass $89 or i ll call cops. Exceptional service as soon as you walk in. The pieces here are beautiful and quality is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and able to cater to your requests in regards to fabric, design and layout of pieces. One of the best things is some of there pieces are made locally which is very rare when shopping for furniture especially on Church Street. Highly recommend if you want quality design and quality furniture
