Niles is one the smartest humans I've ever met. With every investment he is so strategic and ensures I am comfortable with the strategy. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone looking for a financial planner or advisor who is at the top of his field. He's consistently ranked #1 in our local "best of" contest and his track record with investments prove that. Shannon is also an amazing asset to the firm. She is always lightning fast to answer any questions.
This company decided to eliminate some smaller accounts and mine happened to be one. They sent me a letter giving me a few short weeks to have my account transferred. Then when I asked them to absorb the transfer fee since it was not my request for my account to be transferred, they declined. Please tell me why I should pay a transfer fee if I did initiate the transfer! ? I would suggest using a company that treats their clients better.
