If Voya is listed as the retirement/investment company at your employer, change jobs. Voya is staffed by, quite possibly, the most incompetent employees of any company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid them at all cost. Seriously they will cause you problems from which you may not be able to recover.
