Horrible company. The app and desktop website doesn't work and I can't check my balance because the account doesn't appear. IT is a joke. I want my damn money!!
Horrible place horrible staffing they basically take all of your money and misinform you about what you will actually be receiving from your hardworking money. HIGHLY do not recommend this place .
They have no email customer service so you have to call with any issues or to check in on any simple change to your account and even when you call they are so unhelpful and have zero answers. I have been trying to update my last name since June which should have taken 5-7 days. It has been months now. And I have called over 10 times regarding this issue. Cannot wait to transfer my funds out of their account and be done with this company. They should all be getting paid minimum wage, if that.
The most pathetically inept place to put your money for retirement. Terrible web interface, customer service is farmed out to non english speaking in India or wherever, POOR investment choices are limited to funds that they get a kickback from and hidden fees that are NOT disclosed when you sign up for this plan at your workplace. Avoid this company, they will nickel and dime you all the way.
Voya is absolutely the worst investment company you can use. They also masquerade as Reliastar. I have been trying to access my money for 2 months now and they still have not completed the request. Fidelity and TIAA accomplished this simple rollover task in a few weeks. I have received nothing but snarky responses if they didn't ignore the requests first. Stay away. You can put money in.........but you may not get it out! Of course, that is my opinion, but look around. I am not alone.
