They have gave me a hard time trying to pull my money out for a financial hardship. I was in the process of getting evicted last year. I sent voya all my documents and they gave such a hard time to where I had to take out a loan with another company so that I wouldn't get evicted from my home. Just recently tried to take out a hardship this year and it was the same results....NOTHING! This company is terrible and I wished my job would go with another company who is willing to help people and not pass judgment on people strug... read more
Had to get lawyers involved to get money withdrawn from account. They always “can’t find” the documents you have sent over and over until magically they find it when a lawyer threatens them to release funds. They don’t call you back when they say they will. They offer different fax numbers when you call back to check up if they received the last one. Incompetent on purpose possibly? To hoard money and not give it back let alone information. I would never ever ever give my money to voya, might as well take it outside and burn... read more
