Had to get lawyers involved to get money withdrawn from account. They always “can’t find” the documents you have sent over and over until magically they find it when a lawyer threatens them to release funds. They don’t call you back when they say they will. They offer different fax numbers when you call back to check up if they received the last one. Incompetent on purpose possibly? To hoard money and not give it back let alone information. If you like getting the run around and having your HSA claims all denied, then you're gonna love this company.
Bad company always losing money and massive percentages loss. Even before this huge dip they had horrible numbers. Even a monkey pulling random numbers gets better gains then this company. They do it for the fees not for your gain.
