Absolute scam of a company. Given the run around on getting signed receipts from providers that weren't necessary then a deadline changed due to me changing companies but I wasn't informed of that, was directed on how to fill out the paperwork without any note of that change of date, and submitted multiple times paperwork they couldn't find in their system. If I gave them 0 stars my review wouldn’t show. I put in a termination withdrawal, was told it would be reviewed and then a check sent in 3-4 business days. That was on 12/3. My family and I are struggling and I wouldn’t even ask for a withdrawal if we didn’t need it. So I called, the rep was nice but she says there is no set time as to when the review will be complete, could be days or weeks. I don’t have weeks. Run. If you are an employer or employee and your company uses them for 401k, run. I did EVERYTHING they asked me to. Issues with the rollover and online account. I did everything they asked, forms, emails, etc. I had to call my company and the BBB. Nothing. No resolution. They are incompetent. They take your roller over money and put it in suspension of their incompetencies. I gave them 10 days to resolve it or I’m closing my account. I’ll update the review. And their investment strategy isn’t even that good. Run.
Shady investment company. Bad investment strategy, only cares about the percentage and fees gained. Their numbers show it too. Even before this massive decline they still did horribly.
