Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. Their IVR takes 15 min just to get ahold of someone who in turn asks for the same information the IVR asks for. I have spent 11 months trying to rollover an IRA which they will only mail you a packet, which you have to mail back, wait 3 weeks only for them to say something is wrong on it and I have to start over.
